Your brain is this incredible super computer, far more complex and superior than any other s known to man and despite its phenomenal capabilities there are times where it fails to do its job well.
When the communications between parts of the brain become compromised by stress, illness or other factors, this miscommunication has profound affects on the body and often these miscommunications cascade causing bigger health challenges and preventing the body from performing it's natural healing capabilities.
The body communicates using electricity and quantum energy, this technique has an amazing affect on the body by allowing the body to recover broken or overloaded circuits.
You can use this technique in any situation, mental or physical, including extreme moments of stress and trauma.. you'll see amazing results.
As a BodyTalk practitioner and instructor of nearly two decades I highly recommend you perform this technique 2 times a day for 2 to 3 months due to the high levels of environmental electro magnetic radiation seemingly becoming more prevalent in the word around us.
As you continue performing the technique you'll notice many wonderful changes due to the increased availability of the brain to deal with the daily stressors of life.

Step 2: Performing the Technique
Important points to remember
The Cortices Technique works by supporting your body’s own innate wisdom rather than forcing change.
You may use this technique once or several times a day, depending on your needs.
Always work gently and stop if something doesn’t feel right for you.
This technique is intended as a supportive practice and does not replace medical care.
If you are unsure or would like guidance, working with a qualified practitioner is recommended.
