Shipping and processing of products​

Jacquie McIntyre products are handmade and designed by Jacquie, every piece is unique, so please allow for small imperfections and differences. That is part of it's beauty.

Every effort is made to photograph and display the design's colours so they are as true to colour as possible. Some monitors and phones will slightly affect how it looks.

Delivery policies - Processing time

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing time before your order is shipped.

All orders are packaged and sent via Australia Post.

I aim to ship all pre-made items within 1-2 business days and made to order items in 3-5 business days.

If there is going to be a delay I will notify you via email.

Domestic orders are shipped from postcode 4570 via Australia Post with tracking. We offer a competitive low flat rate shipping fee. You will be notified by either email or text message when your parcel is on it's way.​

Shipping is free on orders over $100 domestically and $150 on international orders.

Jacquie McIntyre ships internationally to select countries – New Zealand, Canada, United States, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Shipping times vary per country/region, but as a guide please allow 6-27+ business days for delivery. (Some countries and regional areas take longer)

Shipping costs vary per country – Approx. $18 to $35 (Includes tracking) At times we offer one low flat rate, depending on market rates and promotions we may be running at the time.

It’s the purchaser’s responsibility to pay for any local taxes and duties occurred (if applicable)

Returns/ Refunds

I hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if there is a problem with your order, please notify the office within 10 days of receipt.

A refund or offer of replacement will only be offered if the item is deemed faulty.

We may request photos of the fault for quality control.

We do not refund if you change your mind or for any damage that occurs as a consequence of shipping, misuse or rough handling.

When a request for refund is accepted, you must return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

Jacquie McIntyre is not responsible for shipping charges when returning an item.

Jacquie McIntyre will refund once the item is returned in original condition.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom made orders are not refundable unless faulty.

Product Care instructions

Please note that most pieces, especially the longer/thinner components, can become fragile if you deliberately bend or drop them. Jacquie McIntyre understands some makers publicly bend their clay pieces to show durability- we do not recommend doing this to your pieces ever.

Please keep your pieces dry. Note that trinket dishes are not food safe and should not be immersed in water.
-
All pieces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
-
Please avoid contact with harsh chemicals such as perfume, hairspray and cosmetics.
-
Polymer clay is slightly flexible, however it may be damaged if over flexed or dropped.

What material are your posts/hooks/hoops?

All silver coloured findings are hypoallergenic surgical grade stainless steel or titanium- depending on supplier. Great effort is made to ensure the components are of high quality long wearing and safe for you.

Jump rings and hardware may tarnish over time, however great effort is taken to only source and use high quality supplies in all of our products.​

I'm available for custom orders and wholesale orders. It somewhat depends on the design and colour. Why not email and ask me?
Consultation Sessions for People, Animals and Groups
Pricing

Sessions, membership packages and course prices are detailed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

Payments can be made through credit card payment, PayPal, Pay in 4,or can be invoiced directly by Jacquie McIntyre after the session.
-
Payment plans may be requested for some products and services and will be arranged at the discretion of Jacquie McIntyre.
-
Discounted packages or promotional pricing is conditional on full payment being made at the time of booking the package, unless (1) arranged with Jacquie McIntyre; or (2) stated otherwise in the discount terms.​

Our Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an appointment or session package for any of the following reasons:

limitations on supplies available

problems identified by our credit department

the use of obscene, profane or threatening language in messages to us

misconduct on our social media pages

breach of that which is detailed in this policy

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order or session package is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your request.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel any seminar/ workshop or course due to low attendance or extenuating circumstances outside Jacquie McIntyre's control that prevents us from holding the event.

Any fees paid can be transferred to another service or course, or you can elect to have the fees refunded.
Client Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Notice:
For individual sessions with Jacquie McIntyre, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation charges. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

2. Special Circumstances:
If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact Jacquie McIntyre directly via email. We will review your request and, if appropriate, offer an alternative session at our discretion.
3. Pre-Paid Packages:
If your session is part of a pre-paid package (not invoiced), adhering to the 24-hour cancellation policy will not affect your remaining session credits.
4. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to notify us of a cancellation and do not attend the session (a "no-show"), you will be charged 100% of the full session fee.
5. Deposit Policy:

Emergency Sessions

Emergency sessions are available for people and animals.
-
These are received by the office and then prioritized by Jacquie to be done at her earliest convenience, usually within 24 hours.
-
An email will be sent to the person who booked the session advising of when this will approximately occur.
-
All emergency sessions are done at distance, where Jacquie will record via video the session.
-
Emergency sessions will not be done live with other people in attendance.
-
A copy of the session recording will be sent approximately 24-48 hours after the completion of the session.
-
It's preferable the session be booked and paid for at the time of booking- although not essential.
-
If payment has not been made at time of booking, the person making the booking will be invoiced after the session is completed.

Policies for Seminars, Programs and Workshops
Art Workshops

To secure your place in an art workshop, one of the following payment options is required:

Deposit + Payment Plan:
A deposit is paid online or via bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid within 14 days.
All fees must be fully paid before the workshop date. -
Full Payment:
The full workshop fee is paid at the time of enrolment. -
PayPal Pay in 4:
Available to eligible PayPal users and will appear at checkout if offered. -
Please note:

We cannot accept enrolments without a payment or deposit.
-
Spaces are not held without payment.

Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers (By the Participant)
More than 48 hours before the workshop
You may choose one of the following:

Full refund
(minus the small payment processing fee charged to this office, usually $2–$4), or -
Transfer to another workshop
You may transfer your paid fees to another upcoming workshop.-
If the new workshop is higher in price, you pay the difference.

If it is lower in price, the difference will be refunded.

Within 48 hours of the workshop

A refund is available minus a $10 administration fee.
No-shows
-
No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for no-shows.

Cancellations (By Jacquie)
Jacquie reserves the right to cancel a workshop if minimum numbers are not met or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If this occurs, you will receive your choice of:

A full refund, or
-
A transfer into another upcoming workshop.
No administrative or processing fees apply in this situation.

Attendance Requirements

Children under 16 may attend an adult workshop only if accompanied by a participating adult. They cannot be dropped off or attend alone.

Jacquie reserves the right to refuse attendance if a participant’s behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or unsuitable for the workshop environment.

Materials & Workshop Experience

All tools, supplies, and materials are provided unless otherwise specified in the workshop description.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so you have time to settle in before the session begins.
Agreement
By enrolling in an art workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies on this page.

Seminar Policy
Enrolment & Payment
To secure your place in the seminar, one of the following is required:

First-time students receive a manual.

Manuals are issued only after full payment or confirmation of a payment plan (deposit received).

Monitors do not receive a new manual.

Instructor Cancellation
If Jacquie must cancel the seminar:

You may transfer to a future class.

Transfer Option (Instead of Refund)
If you cancel before the seminar begins, you may choose to transfer your full paid fee to another Access class within 12 months.

This option replaces the refund if you choose it.

You must contact Jacquie to rebook into your chosen future class.

Transfer credits are non-transferable to other individuals.
-
Transfer credits cannot be converted back into refunds.

Unused transfer credits expire 12 months from the original course date and cannot be extended.

Transfers are not available for no-shows.

Uses the most current live exchange rate at the time of invoicing

Covers conversion for you so you avoid bank conversion fees

Private Courses and Programs Policy
For Jacquie McIntyre's non- IBA courses, workshops and digital programs.

Enrolment & Payment
To enrol in a private course or program, one of the following is required:

Full payment at enrolment, or
-
A deposit with a confirmed payment plan, where applicable
Payment must be finalised before access is granted to any course materials or live sessions.

Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered:

The plan is a binding financial agreement.
-
All instalments must be paid in full, even if you withdraw or do not complete the program.

Failure to complete payments may result in removal of access to course materials until the balance is paid.

Payment plan fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy
Self-Paced / Digital Programs
Due to the immediate delivery of digital content:

All digital products, online programs, and self-paced courses are non-refundable.

No refunds are provided once access to the course or modules has been granted.

Live Private Courses (Online or In-Person)
Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before commencement of course

Refunds will be issued as the total amount paid, minus all payment processing fees, minus any currency conversion fees incurred by this office, and minus an administrative fee of (10%) of the total course fee to cover time and costs associated with cancellation handling.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the program

No refund available.

No refunds for no-shows under any circumstances.

Transfer Option (Live Private Courses Only)
If you cancel before the course or program begins, you may choose to:

Transfer your full paid amount to another eligible private course or program within 12 months of the original start date.

The student must initiate contact to reschedule.

Transfer credits are non-transferable to other people.
-
Transfer credits cannot be converted back into a refund at any time.

Unused transfer credits expire 12 months from the original course date and cannot be extended.

No transfer option for no-shows.
Program Access & Content

Access to digital materials is granted only to the enrolee.
-
Sharing, uploading, redistributing, or gifting access is not permitted.
-
Some programs include downloadable content which is for personal use only.
-
Access periods (e.g., lifetime, 12 months, 6 months) will be stated on each course page.

Recording Policy

For live private courses:

Students may not audio or video record sessions unless explicitly permitted.
-
Any recordings provided by Jacquie are for personal study only.

For self-paced programs:
-
Video or audio content may not be downloaded, copied, shared, or redistributed.

Class or Program Cancellation (By Jacquie)
Jacquie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any private course or program if required due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrolments.
If this occurs, you may choose:

A full refund, or
-
A transfer into another upcoming program
No admin or processing fees will be deducted when cancellation is initiated by Jacquie.

Participation & Responsibility

Students are expected to behave respectfully and participate in a way that maintains a safe and supportive environment.

Jacquie reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

No refund will be provided in this circumstance.

By enrolling in a private course or program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed on this page.

As a fully qualified and registered member of the International BodyTalk Association, I and anyone working in this clinic subscribe to the following code of Ethics.
Client Relationships

I/we shall endeavour to serve the best interests of my clients at all times and to provide the highest quality service possible.

I/we shall maintain clear and honest communications with my clients and shall keep client communications confidential.

I/we shall provide clients the opportunity to give their written consent to BodyTalk session(s) and inform them that they have the right to withdraw or terminate their consent at any time, in accordance with local law. By providing your details on our Health and Well-being form you are providing your consent to receive sessions.
Professionalism

I/we shall maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, providing services in an ethical and professional manner in relation to my clientele, other health care professionals, and the general public.

I shall respect the rights of all practitioners and will cooperate with all health care professionals in a friendly and professional manner.

I/we shall refrain from the use of any mind-altering drugs, alcohol, or intoxicants prior to, or during, professional sessions.

I/we shall endeavour to the best of my ability and circumstance to continue my education in BodyTalk and stay abreast of the latest developments.

I/we shall not conduct a session or sessions on any other persons at the request of a 3rd person, without the consent of the person who is to receive the session/s.
Scope of Practice/Appropriate Techniques

I/we shall not perform manipulations or adjustments of the human skeletal structure, diagnose, prescribe, or provide any other service, procedure, or therapy which requires a license to practice, such as chiropractic, osteopathy, physical therapy, podiatry, orthopaedics, psychotherapy, acupuncture, dermatology, cosmetology, or any other profession or branch of medicine and healthcare unless specifically licensed to do so.

At times I/we will assess the range of motion of particular joints however no force will be employed.
Image/Advertising Claims

I/we shall strive to project a professional image for myself, my business or place of employment, and the BodyTalk profession in general.

I/we shall actively participate in educating the public regarding the actual benefits of BodyTalk.

I/we shall practice honesty in advertising, promote my services ethically and in good taste, and practice and/or advertise only those techniques for which I have received adequate training and/or certification.

I/we shall not make false claims regarding the potential benefits of the techniques rendered, including claims of “cures,” healing of specific conditions, etc.
