What the Lungs teach us about Grief

I was going through my fabric stash (you may spot it in the back of the video), planning my next creative project, when I received a message, letting me know that a friend/acquaintance of mine had passed on, at the end of last week.

It bought to mind a video I'd been wanting to do for a long time about the Lungs and Grief.

All sorts of grief, relating to all kinds of things has been coming up in sessions to be addressed big time! Sometimes this grief is contributing to the depression someone is experiencing, or the bronchitis they currently have or the anger that boils away within them.

In todays edition of 'From the Table' I'll share with you a bit about the consciousness of the Lungs, how it's ruling element FIRE contributes to Grief....a 30 second technique you can do anywhere to help you release grief, mourning and even confusion... plus loads more.

Grab a cuppa and enjoy,
