You don't have to wait until the next year begins, or the new week starts or tomorrow comes around. You can decide right this moment your restarting now.

You can do it for that, or do it to a relationship you are now out of, or a place you used to live, a particular traumatic period of time in your life.....there are no restrictions at all.
Make it your own, don't limit or compare yourself and do what feels right for you.
