Right Now My Friends... We Are Being Asked To Become FEARLESS

It's crucial that we overcome this proliferation of human fear each of us have, or it will keep our individual and collective consciousness stunted and our minds narrow and closed.


We will become so contracted, that we will demand to be looked after, ruled over and play life so small it will be as though we are reversing in our evolution.



I know we don't do this. We don't become this, thank goodness. I've seen it in hundreds and hundreds of sessions over the past several years. I see each day the small steps we make in our epic journey to becoming gloriously harmonious and abundant as a species. But to do it... to move through this particular cycle we are in and find our most authentic, happy, healthy, robust self, we are going to continue to experience a very uncomfortable process. And until we each get it... get that on the other side of fear is Freedom and Love, loads and loads of it, then we will continue to stay in this suffering. It's time to bring awareness to the level of fear we hold in our body mind complexes... continuing to carry it around day after day... Enough. Almost on a daily basis, this fear triggers and activates within us, for reasons we are mostly unaware of. That's where in my opinion, the sessions I facilitate with clients are brilliant, because it uncovers the causative factors behind it, addresses it and you heal. The way healing it designed to be, Simple. We are being asked NOW to become fearless. We are being shown that fear is something to walk towards and go through it. Do not avoid it. Do not walk in the opposite direction. Look at it square on, open that big beautiful heart of yours and say to it... "Nope! This time I'm coming to you" What if what's on the other side of that fear is better than you ever imagined? This Fear is not your intuition telling you something bad will happen..... that's not how your intuitive system works. This is the ego mind telling you all the reasons it has stored in it's little subconscious library not to do the thing that you fear. Tell it to pipe down. Feel free to say "It's OK ego, you take a break, I've got this" Please... don’t get to the end of your life and wish that you just went of for it. Go for it… go for it all, Right Now and be glad that you just went for it. Be elated, sit in it and revel at the courage you stepped into to do that. Because it gets easier to do it, and it becomes so appealing to you, you want it so dearly, that you dive into it as soon as you see it. So gorgeous soul...

Here's what to do next 1. Grab a journal or note pad and write down all the things you would just go for, if you had no fear about it. Don't over think it, don't dwell, don't analyse...just write them out, until you can't write anymore. It's important to know that fear sits at the bottom of a well inside you. And on top of that fear often sits worry, concern, anger, frustration, depression, anxiety… all of these derive from that fear at the bottom of your internal well of experiences...... and they all hold you here in this position of fear and limitations. So, be sure to write down all the things that come up that you have worry or concern, anxiety etc around. 2. Next, it's super important that you re-organise that list into a 'Most Important Right This Very Moment' list. Go through, read your list in detail and from it, pick one Fear that just feels right for you to do first. Just go with what feels best. That's your intuition! 3. Then over the following 48 hours, you'll take that most important thing to become fearless about and you'll write down in bullet point form all the things that you need to do to action it and bring it about. 4. Then prioritize the crap out of that list into what's most important to do. And start actioning them, plucking them off one by one. Until its done. Do something everyday. Look at it this thing that you've noticed fear around. And and engage all of your five senses of Hearing, Sight, Smell, Taste and Touch (your feelings) to imagine fully what it's like to have conquered that fear and now be on the other side of that. Sit in that sensory feeling for as long as you like. I promise you, once you start doing this you'll want to do it more and more. Because the pay off it too good!!!! Other ways we are NOW asked to be fearless. Say what you normally wouldn't say because of fear. Speak up, right from your heart with a strong voice. Speak out, speak up. Move location Change your career Dare to think differently to others Dare to consider what has scared you in the past Dare to speak differently than others would Dare to defend what you feel is right Dare to have a differing opinion Dare to hold your own Dare to go against other peoples tide, find your own tide to flow with. We are being asked by our own higher consciousness to NOW become fearless. We are being shown that fear is something to walk towards and go through... What’s going to be the first thing on your list? I'm currently doing one that recently came up on my list, a massive business and life autopsy. Everyday I do things that I've prioritized from my list and everyday its something that scares me a little. Lets do this together, collectively.
