"I think we have a ghost"
My eyes lit up...now this is my kind conversation!
I'm very grateful that I have older neighbours, I would prefer them over most other.
By the time they have got to their elder wisdom years they have learnt a lot about themselves and what's important to them. Alot seem to be unimpressed by drama and conflict, seeking a life filled with family, friends, bonds, connections and peace.
Kinda sounds fab don't you think?
My nan when she was alive was an exceptional human being, and I would look at her wisdom and know that if I could work on that side of myself and bring that kind of value into my own life, then it would fast become the peaceful oasis I dreamed of. I thank her everyday!
It does take some reflection and help though...working out who you are not. Sifting through the big beliefs you have that ultimately dictate how you are going to perceive and receive your everyday lives. Perception is everything and that leads me to the conversation with my lovely neighbours.
We were chatting over the fence like we often do and they commented how they have a constant happening of bangs and clatters within the house. Some so loud they are astonished I don't hear them. They are certain they have a ghost. But it seemed to unsettle them a bit, mostly because they don't understand.
How many times can you think back to being scared of something you didn't understand?
That led us to chat about our varied combined experiences of ghostly things.
Turns out they have lived in other houses where they have had all sorts of interesting occurrences and witnessed apparitions. Her brother had a brain operation some years before and upon waking from it could see and communicate with non-bodied humans easily. It became his new path and it fascinated his medical team.
I had a boyfriend in my early 20's who's father died when he was young. At the funeral, apparently his Dad stood up on the alter with his coffin for the whole service...witnessed by him and multiple members of the congregation.
I witnessed a most beautiful American Indian woman standing behind my Mum one night as she retold of the accident she had witnessed on the highway that day, she was traumatised and this woman appeared behind her. She made no eye contact with me, staring directly at Mum from behind her, but there was this overwhelming feeling of LOVE and "I've got you". Just as I was about to tell my Mum, she started to calm down....saying as she put her hand to her head "I feel strange". I told her about her 'lady helper' and she became scare. I was like...wow how special!
Both my kids have seen many many spirits. Corey found it to be too intense at times. I helped him to understand it and develop a way to turn the perception on and off or up and down...like an internal dimmer switch.
So many clients have seen and felt energies and spirits around them. Some I've helped to tune it, so the use of that sensory information can be much better used and understood.
I have so many experiences and stories that I could share, but don't have the time to put them all in here....let's face it, this is not designed to be a novel!

It's great to demystify what's going on and shed light on what could be happening. The more we know and grow the better your ability to perceive your reality clearly and that will help you to have a much happier life!
