𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 Just like a family, a business has its own interconnected matrix — its people, relationships, history, culture, environment, purpose and direction. A Business Matrix Consultation works with the consciousness of the business as a whole, exploring underlying patterns and influences that may be contributing to what is happening within it. You may be experiencing conflict or communication difficulties, feeling stuck or unable to move the business forward, navigating significant change, struggling with growth or direction, or simply sensing that something within the business isn't flowing as well as it could. 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 Rather than focusing solely on an individual person or an isolated business problem, we look at the wider matrix and the relationships between the different elements within it. This allows us to explore what may be sitting beneath the challenges you can see, while supporting greater balance, clarity and coherence within the business as a whole. Before we meet, you’ll complete my online 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 & 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺 I personally review this before your appointment so I have an understanding of the business, its history, your current concerns and what you would most like support with. Your consultation can also be facilitated without you attending live.
