About the Event
Leave your stress at the door and sink into a space of utter Fun and Joy.Â
Join Jacquie for a fun and relaxed MOKUME GANE Polymer Necklace Workshop.Â
Your going to love this medium, Jacquie first fell in love with Polymer Clays versatility and vibrancy around 2012, making her first 'Tree of Life' necklace with a friend... and since then has been exploring it in many different forms, mostly jewlery.Â
Learn different techniques to create a unique and beautiful necklace that truly reflects your personality. Jacquie will show you how to make these lightweight beads, as well as how to cover wooden blank beads with your Polymer clay Mokume Gane design. Possibilities are endless in this workshop.Â
Make this for yourself or create one as a gift for someone special. Â
Jacquie will guide you through the whole process, from working with different clays for bead making, the tools you'll use, shaping your beads, baking them, embellishing them and stringing them with a extendable sliding knot, so you'll have a beautiful necklace when you leave. Â
There will be a large stock library of Jacquie's own hand rolled beads of all different colours and shapes, that you can dive into and use a few of to incorporate into your own master piece. Jacquie will help you with selecting the beads and blending them with your own beads you've made in class, so they compliment beautifully with your creation. Â
You'll leave with a stunning necklace that you can wear with pride. Sign up now and discover the joy of creating something beautiful with your own hands. Â Â Â
