About the Event

In all seriousness, we're not taught to know what a healthy boundary is, nor are we taught to know when we need one, how to establish one and what to do if we break someone's boundary or if someone breaks one of ours. Because of this we constantly do things we don't want to, we don't know how to say NO, or Yes when appropriate, we let ourselves down, and we're scared to go against the grain and trust in our own inner knowing.

The reason for this is because your guardians most likely didn't know about it either. Its generations of deep conditioning of not knowing the power of healthy boundaries- it just keeps getting passed on....until you start to question things. And once you understand how life saving and life thriving boundaries are for you, you won't want to be without them again.

It's likely you've had thousands of boundaries broken by other people and that more than likely left quite the imprint, depending on what it was. Sexual abuse, violence physically, verbally or energetically are all boundary breeches. Someone putting you down, or pushing past you in a line is a boundary broken. These can damage your own ability to make boundaries and uphold them at the very least.

The teaching of healthy boundaries are so important to be able to embody and pass on to our youth, so they help to craft healthier communities, bonds and connections in humans.
