Service Description

HOW TO BOOK YOUR EMERGENCY SESSION: 1. Emergency sessions are done via distance and are video recorded only. They can be booked at any time. 2. It's not possible to do these face to face, as Jacquie is prioritizing them in between other work/ session commitments. This is done when a space opens up for her to facilitate it over the next 24-48 hours. 3. The recording is sent to you as soon as she is able to. 4. Where you will have access to the recording for 2 weeks, with the option to download a copy of the video if you wish. 5. After the 2 weeks, it will be deleted to make way for other session recordings in that space. 6. When the emergency session request comes through to us, it's moved to the current weeks schedule immediately. 7. IMPORTANT: You will need to find a day/time that is free in the system and use that to book the Emergency session. 8. The date/time you booked it for will be removed, opening up that space for someone else again. IMPORTANT DETAILS: At times there may be a backlog of emergency sessions to be facilitated- please be patient when waiting for yours. This will not have a negative effect on the animals healing potential. Someone from our office will be in touch with you to let you know when the session will done approximately. When booking the session please list exactly why the emergency session is needed. If you feel it's important to email more detailed information through, we encourage you to do that and Jacquie will review it prior to the session.
