Three Brain Consciousness- Session Three

The Head Brain, Heart Brain and Gut Brains make up our three very powerful brain centres within our complex yet beautiful bodymind complex.

The Gut brain otherwise known as the Enteric Brain has very special roles and functions it's designed to do effortsly for us, each moment of each day. The same is said for the head and heart brains. but do they do these? Or has much of their unique functioning been taken over by a well meaning but heavily conditioned Head Brain?

Given that most people are taught that there's only one brain and it's the almighty and superior head brain!, it's safe to say that we don't know enough about the three brains, what they do as individual centres and how they area meant to work together.

This series is designed to teach us about these brains and address anything that comes up as a priority for them.
